Delete your PixReel account or request deletion of specific data
This page explains how users of PixReel can request deletion of an account and its associated data, or ask us to delete only specific stored data without deleting the full account.
Request path
In-app via Profile > Settings > Feedback, or by email.
Response timeline
We respond within 30 days and target deletion within 30 days after verification.

Option 1
Request deletion inside the app
Open PixReel, go to Profile > Settings > Feedback, and send a message with one of the request phrases shown on this page.
Option 2
Request deletion by email
Email support@pixreel.io with the subject line "PixReel data deletion request".
Verification
Include enough detail for us to locate your anonymous account
Because PixReel creates anonymous accounts, include your device platform, the app version shown in Settings, and either your approximate last usage date or a short description of recent generated content. Sending the request through the in-app Feedback screen is the fastest option because it includes useful support metadata.
Request phrases you can copy
Delete my account and associated data
Use this if you want your PixReel account, uploads, generated content, and related stored account data removed.
Delete specific data only
Use this if you want some data removed without deleting the whole account, such as selected uploads, generated outputs, or support messages.
